This enables her to bring her clients a high level of empathy, respect, and understanding. She helps her clients approach all aspects of their lives in a healthier way by exploring ways to have more energy, be happier and healthier, look younger, and live life to the fullest. From diet to stress management and mindfulness, every aspect of health and wellness is considered when you work with Cynthia. Cynthia’s background spans mental health, nutrition, and whole-person wellness. She holds a Master of Social Work and is trained in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction and Resilience Coaching. She is also a 2013 graduate of the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN), a trained Blue Zones Advocate, and has extensive training in lifestyle strategies for managing menopause and improving sleep.
For nearly 20 years, Cynthia has coached both individuals and groups on a wide range of health and wellness topics. She is also a Certified Resilience Coach and Resilience Coach teacher, training individuals around the world to coach others in resilience and develop the skills needed to thrive. As a Certified Infinite Possibilities Trainer through Mike Dooley, Cynthia leads workshops and retreats that focus on mindset shifts and learning to approach life from a more positive, empowered perspective.
